RETURN & REFUND
We do not accept refund and return if you change your mind. Please test out the product before purchase.
 
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
For health and hygiene reasons, massage chairs are not eligible for a change of mind return.
 
DELIVERY
Once the order is placed, we will review, process and arrange delivery within 7-14 days if the item is in-stock. We will contact you one day before delivery to arrange for delivery time.
 
Special request is allowed when you let us know before making purchase in-store or online. If you want your massage chair to deliver to you later date, please let our Customer Service Team know in advance if you purchase online or by phone call. If you purchase in-store, please let our friendly staff know before making purchase. Not all special request is accepted but it depends on what special request you want.
 
SHIPPING CHARGES
After selecting the product that you wish to purchase, you can get the shipping cost by entering your postcode on the product page. The final shipping cost for your order can be viewed during checkout and may change depending on additional items that you have added to your shopping cart.
 
DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let the Customer Service Team know instantly by calling us on 03 9841 8689 or email: Lpenjoy@hotmail.com.
 
WARRANTY
  • All Massage Chairs comes with either 1 or 3 Years Warranty. If the massage chair is over the warranty period and have problem, product repair charges varies for products and will be informed when our technical department do a preliminary assessment. If spare parts are required to facilitate the repair, the technician will inform you of the spart part charges before commencing the repair with your consent.
  • If the Massage Chair is under the warranty period and have problem, please contact us by calling 03 9841 8689 or submit a warranty claim by email: Lpenjoy@hotmail.com. You may be required to send us photos of the damage to help us in our investigation. We will then contact you to finalise your warranty claim. Technician will be able to go to customer’s home to repair their massage chair if they live in Melbourne Metro Area.
  • We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
 
 
Warranty does not cover:
  1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, collision, flood, rain, electrical surge or storm.
  2. Damage caused by incorrect installation by an unauthorised installer.
  3. If the product is used for commercial purpose or used in excess of the normal domestic duty cycle.
  4. Damage from tampering or attempted repair by a person other than an authorized Service Provider.
  5. An injury or damage to person or property.
 
  • We will only consider exchange if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).
