Warranty Policy

All our products (except marble tables, dining chairs & Sea Horse Mattress) comes with 12 or 24 months warranty. If your product has problem within the warranty period, we are happy to repair for you. By claiming your warranty, please bring your Small Massage Product , JOYOUNG Soy Milk Maker or Noodle Maker to our store for repair. If it is a massage chair, please contact us by calling 03 9841 8689 or email: Lpenjoy@hotmail.com to arrange for on-site repair at your home.

All Sea Horse mattresses (except 3-Fold Mattress) comes with 10 years warranty. No warranty for Sea Horse 3-Fold Mattress, Pillows, Marble Tables & Dining Chairs
